1. Terms of Service
By creating an account and using our service you agree to the following terms. You may register up to 3 devices per account. Misuse, including sharing credentials for commercial redistribution, may result in account suspension.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased through third-party app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, LG Content Store, etc.). Billing, refunds, and cancellation are handled by the respective store. We do not process payments directly.
3. Privacy Policy
We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the service: your email address, hashed password, device identifiers, and optional sync data (favorites, watch history, settings). Sync data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 (Fernet). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
4. Data Retention
Your account and data are retained for as long as you keep your account active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed using Argon2id. API access is protected with short-lived JWT tokens. All traffic is encrypted via TLS in production. We conduct regular security reviews.
